Commission Chairperson Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga has dismissed speculation that a joke he made was directed at Dr Lebeya.
“Before we start I just want to clear up something. It has been brought to my attention that there’s speculation out there about something I did yesterday,” Madlanga said.
“Yesterday I joked with Dr. Mpahlwa and I said I wanted to tell him a story about legal practitioners who are also doctors. Now the unfortunate speculation is that the story I wanted to tell him was about Doctor Libiya,” he added.
Madlanga clarified that he had both Co-Commissioners, Adv Sesi Baloyi and Adv Sandile Khumalo, with him when he told the story,
