The High court in Pretoria has dismissed with costs another interlocutory application by CEO of Thuja Capital, Mthunzi Mdwaba.
This as Mdwaba and the Minister of Labour, Thulas Nxesi returned to court over the five-billion- rand UIF job creation contract marred by bribe allegations of 500 million rands brought by the businessman against senior ANC members including Nxesi.
Nxesi’s legal counsel will continue their arguments when the matter resumes at the High Court.
