Deputy President Paul Mashatile has admitted that the government could do more to provide South Africans with basic services. Over the years, the country has seen a number of service delivery protests as locals complain about a lack of services in various places. Mashatile, on the other hand, claims that South Africans’ quality of living has improved.
The Deputy President also had a message for families and friends over this festive season.
