Limpopo Premier Phophi Ramathuba has announced that the Dikgerekgere project will be implemented internally, rather than being put out to tender. Premier Ramathuba explained that this approach will allow for greater efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Some individuals were excited about the prospect of another tender opportunity when we introduced #DikgerekgereWednesdays,” Premier Ramathuba noted. “However, we have decided to implement this project internally, utilizing our own capacity and resources.”

Premier Ramathuba emphasized that the Public Works department’s mandate includes building and maintaining infrastructure, and that internal implementation aligns with this mandate. “We will execute this project internally, as it falls within our department’s scope of work,” she stated.
