Rescue Efforts Continue
Rescue teams are still working to retrieve dozens of construction workers trapped under the rubble. Western Cape Disaster Management says it remains in rescue mode, despite the increasing death toll.

Premier Offers Condolences
Western Cape premier Alan Winde has offered his condolences to families of the victims and called for investigations into the cause of the collapse. President Cyril Ramaphosa has also released a statement offering his condolences to families of the victims.
