Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane, a prominent figure in South African politics, announced her resignation from the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) today. Floyd Shivambu, National Organizer of the MK Party, has expressed delight at her decision, praising Mkhwebane as a disciplined and skilled professional who stands firm on her principles.
Mkhwebane cited two primary reasons for her resignation. Firstly, she feels underutilized in her expertise, suggesting that her skills were not being maximized within the party. Secondly, she expressed discomfort with the EFF’s democratic centralism approach, where decisions are made and members are expected to abide by them without question.
